  • Biography/Practice Areas
    • Tracy A. Loignon is an Associate with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara LLC and a member of the firm's Estate and Trust Planning, Administration and Litigation and Corporate & Business Law Teams. She concentrates her practice on providing legal support and counsel to clients in the areas of trust and estate administration, wealth management and financial planning.

      Attorney Loignon has significant professional experience as a legal researcher and writer, having worked for West Publishing Company, now Thomson Reuters. Her career also includes advising on business planning for start-up organizations and social entrepreneurship. Presently, she is a member of U.S. Representative James R. Langevin's Congressional Advisory Committee on Cybersecurity. In this capacity, she volunteers her time and skills with other leaders from industry, academia and the public sector to identify cybersecurity best practices.

      Attorney Loignon earned her J.D. from Pace University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Manhattanville College. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association. She also is a licensed investment advisor, holding the Series 7, 66 and Life and Health Producers licenses.
