Attorney Jackvony is a nationally recognized fiduciary litigator and concentrates his practice in all areas of trusts and estates including litigation, administration and planning for individuals, families, fiduciaries and charitable organizations. He has represented clients in fiduciary litigation in Rhode Island, Florida, New Jersey, California, New York, Massachusetts and Oklahoma. In the late 1990s, he served the citizens of Rhode Island as the state’s Lieutenant Governor. Attorney Jackvony earned his J.D. from Suffolk University, his LLM in taxation from Boston University and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Bryant University.
