Complex Estate Planning Advice and Services
We have vast experience in complex estate planning matters involving medium and large estates. Our attorneys counsel and represent individuals and families and closely held businesses and family-owned businesses. Our estate and trust legal services include planning techniques such as funded revocable trusts, funded irrevocable trusts, funded life insurance trusts, planning for families with a noncitizen spouse, planning for families with special needs children or beneficiaries, grantor retained annuity trusts, sales to irrevocable trusts using a conventional promissory note and/or using a self-canceling installment note, and domestic asset protection trusts.
Elder Law is a combination of several distinct disciplines focused on the unique needs of the elder population.
